I think War simply needs armor. Heavy armor to be precise. And weapons. Don’t forget the weapons.

I don’t think these ponies are meant to represent the riders mounts though.

Death has to be the most detailed and interesting one in the picture, with Pestilence/Disease as a close second. I think War and Famine need to more grotesque and detailed (Famine being far thinner to a ghastly degree, War actually looking like a killer perhaps) to match.
