Honestly, I think Trixie’s popularity increased after S6… while Celestia and Luna’s popularity started to slip, after what they and Dipshit did to Cozy Glow, makes them seem like hypocrites for trying to preach friendship and love, but failed to do so when it came to raising Sunset Shimmer children and giving them proper guidance.

Actually Trixie’s popularity is incredibly high, consider she’s not one of the “mane” characters and only appears in relatively few episodes.
She’s still in top 10, just behind mane 6, royal sisters and Spike.

I personally don’t hate any of them.
I’m just stating the facts, a lot of bronies don’t like Spike, but I personally don’t hate him, he’s my favorite male character in the series, and it hurts me to say that other people don’t think he’s an interesting character, but that’s just how it is with the brony community.

Let me guess, you’re 1 of those bronies who hates Starlight because the writers made her more powerful than Twily… or because you wanted Sunset Shimmy to appear in the show, but they gave you more Glimmy instead… is that it?
But you’re probably 1 of those bronies who didn’t say sh1t about Flurry Heart being an alicorn, implying that you don’t need to do anything heroic to become an alicorn, as long as mommy or daddy already got that far in life… or that Cozy Glow doesn’t deserve a second chance to redeem herself, but it’s ok for Discord to continue backstabbing everyone and not get punished for any of his evil deeds.

I’m surprised you didn’t compare Spike’s scores to Starlight’s, they’re both equally the most hated characters in the series.
