Since the artist won’t say it, I will: Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy demonstrate the difference between getting drunk and getting drunk.
Perhaps Dashie just got so drunk that she began to hallucinate a consciousness inside of the beer she’s drinking.
Pretty sure it’s supposed to be her mane.
Really, it’s just the foam on top of a glass of beer/cider, colored pink to suggest Fluttershy’s mane.
Because now I have to think about how they respawn in the world afterwards.
Separately, is each mug of Flutterbeer independently aware, or is this just the one that happened to have her ‘head’?
