You got all that and all I could think about is that shirt under Trixie’s sweater is connected to her skirt.

I was thinking that maybe just because they are friends in Equestria they don’t have to be friends in the Human world. One thing I want them to do in a EqG movie is focus on the DIFFERENCES between the two worlds and their counterparts. For example, is Diamond Tiara still a meanie? If she is, what is the reason? Because Cutie Marks aren’t something she can focus on in the Human World. We all saw how different Twilight turned out, magic was not a thing, so she had no reason to go on a quest, so she stayed a shut-in with a void in her heart. There are so many things that are different, the societies alone could have caused radically different paths for the characters to take.
 
I foresee Starlight Glimmer as not being a crazy villain, but still obsessed with control, and she is some kind of administrator in charge of a large number of people. They could go in a large number of directions with this, is she respectful to her workers citing that a happy worker is a busy worker? Or does she push them too hard to get results without caring about their feelings? This version of her could have stayed in contact with her childhood friend Sunburst with Human communication technology, or he could have just not moved away at all since there is no such thing as Cutie Marks, resulting in Sunburst acting as an anchor to keep Starlight more balanced.
 
I thought of all that from a picture of Starlight and Trixie holding hands. Imagine all the stuff a team of writers could come up with if they focused on it.
