Plus technically she hatched him, she didn’t give birth to him. This at most makes her his nursemaid, not his mother. Also as stated before the show never states any form of adoption so any of that is still headcanon.
Nope, there has never been a canon moment of Twilight being his sister or mother. The show more or less ignores the matter on where their relationship sits. it’s pure headcanon when it comes to the mother and sister ideas and my headcanon is she his sister because she hatched him just upon entering or exiting magic kindergarten, which means she was most likely 5 or 6 years old.
