Eh, your right. It’s just the new outfit looked too much like pajamas the first Time I saw it, and now I can’t get past it.
It’s why I prefer this version… That and she looked absolutely stunning during the Rainbow Rocks ending song.
This guy gets it.
Not really. Her new boots have power heels with stripes, her jacket’s got partly rolled up cuffs and the torso of it only goes halfway down her upper body, she’s got shoulder pads and stripes that match her boots. Also, she’s got pants. I don’t need to imagine her sleeveless to think it looks cool. As she is she looks like she could do a Rider Kick off of her Kawasaki ninja bike.
School anime wise yes.
This one screams battle, just imagine it sleeveless.

Her new Jacket/outfit looks way more anime though.
I personally think this one is cooler.
To see Sunset wearing a relic of her old self moves her BEYOND her past. As if to foreshadow something dramatic happening and say “I’d go back to my past so others could MOVE FORWARD”
It really shows that Sunset’s development has no peak.
Besides, this jacket makes her resemble Future Trunks more than her new one, which makes her look like Hannah Montana.
