Well season 6 to. To be fair that was the MAJOR episode to which ship was “superior” if you will. It just.. I don’t know. It’s so annoying to just call characters who barely interact or care for each other canon when that character is already obsessed with somebody else and their main focus is them they put them first among ANYBODY. I mean if you ship it and all whatever that’s cool I see ALOT of good dislestia fan art but when people say it’s canon.. that’s just unlogical and stupid. It doesn’t even make any sense given the logic people try to put behind it but yet ignoring the fact that he doesn’t care for her and does not make attempts to interact with her given the maturity levels between the two is WAY off chart. But with Fluttershy she understands him and straightens him out and she loves his chaos. The focused ship. but to be honest I think it is sad that even Stepandy hasn’t made art lately. Although I highly doubt that, because she made dislestia fan art for “Celestial Advice” with the picture of Celestia and Discord for Twilights photo album of all her friends. She turned it into some romantic thing with a heart and even made fan art for “To Where and Back Again”. Pretending Fluttershy was Celestia in that whole “hug blush” scene. Which is honestly quite pathetic for a huge Fluttercord episode plus he gave no craps about her didn’t help her up, nothing. To be fair fan art is always “blown out of proportion” because they like their ship. But with Discord and Fluttershy we see all the signs of a guy who is crushing on a girl and I hang out with guys myself. Discord has most of the red flags for just “platonic friends” or even a first friend. I know I am kind of trash talking Dislestia but still I wish they wouldn’t just stop drawing it because it was rejected. It’s hard to see people so let down and so devoted to something and then just stop and break their hearts, I will admit that. Does the logic behind Dislestia exist? No. But still they shouldn’t give up fan art and their drive towards it. In other note I barely see any Dislestia fans now either.

To be honest i haven’t seen any dislestia fans for a while now. Like even StePandy haven’t drawn anything for couple of months now. Season7 must have broken the majority of it’s determined fans.

most do. yeah i know i was rude but it’s just really bugging me how unlogical people can get when it comes to who comes first is which one they have more build up or chemistry with. it’s just total damage control. and it’s dumb to just ignore 2 peoples chemistry and main focus around each other for some random character they dont care for or bother to interact with. I could care less if you SHIP dislestia but it just fumbles me when people call it “canon” despite the immense amount of disconnection and fued they have with each other or make attempts to be even just friends. it’s so unlogical.

It is implied ship just like star and marco but it isnt yet canon.

Who says that’s a requirement? There’s no indication in the show (as far as I’m aware) that Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash like each other romantically but I absolutely love Flutterdash anyway.

The shipping woudn’t be so strong if she didn’t return it and blushed. You simply can’t damage control it as just platonic.
