Have you seen the Star Trek Fandom? Or the Star Wars one? Or hell, any fandom of an old, long-running intellectual property? Or hell, if we wanna relate to another Hasbro fandom, the Transformers fandom?
Most of them are still alive and well. You just don’t hear shit about them because most people have moved on and let the fandom do its thing.
You will be the one who is forgotten more and nobody will care. BGP.

Princess Twilight is not a person. Also, he doesn’t attack people who do like it. He makes his own “I don’t like this” artwork, in his own gallery. He doesn’t post it here. He doesn’t spread it anywhere. What is your problem with him again?

It wasn’t fake. I was there, I can assure you. It was not a fake thing. I… for one, care. I care about the others in this group. I care about the people who like ponies.
This group, bronies, were founded upon the ideals of friendship, love and tolerance. It was real, too. No trolling, no fakey shit. It was real.
Are you actually believing in this love and tolerance stuff? Love and tolerance was something that people on 4chan used as something ironic. You should also not forget, that the fandom was created on 4chan, which is not exactly a friendly place. And don’t tell us what we should do and what not as a brony, because they’re isn’t any rules to be one. Besides, it’s the internet, so who cares?

There is nothing inherently wrong with disliking Twilight as an alicorn. It did, regardless of anything else that’s been said, change the dynamic of the show and her personality. (I can cite examples if you wish).

A cursory glance at his deviantart would prove that statement false. He doesn’t block criticism, in fact the only time I’ve ever seen him turn off comments to a Deviation at all is when one of his friends was being attacked. Get your information right before you decide to condemn someone for something they didn’t and don’t do.
You are exactly the kind of person that causes, in my opinion, the biggest problem with this group. You condemn another for imagined crimes, when really, the only crime they’ve actually committed is disagreeing with you. Rather than take a single cursory glimpse around to disprove your own hatred, you choose to pile on the hate wagon and blindly attack someone for the EGREGIOUS crime of having a different point of view. Ideological puritanism is a poison on the fandom, the fact that no one’s allowed to do or say or think differently without automatically receiving hate from the others who disagree with them is creating a steadily more toxic environment. I beseech… nay… I BEG you, please… consider your words and hatred before you act on it. This was about love, tolerance, acceptance… and above all else, friendship. Why bring hate into it at all? Can someone… anyone tell me why there’s so much hate for anyone who doesn’t agree in this group?
