She is referring to Fluttershy, of the mane 6 she seems to be the one who would probably share some interests with floor (namely anime) and I thought about what other nerdy things they would both like and drew this. I kinda forgot about Fluttershy living in Cloudsdale so whatever reason anyone can think up as to how they knew each other is how it probably happened.

Who of the mane six? I’m guessing either Rainbow or Pinkie. Probably Pinkie, as Rainbow lived in cloudsdale and Floor Bored is an earth pony.
