Unless Tara Strong and Cathy Weseluck could have use a voice synthesizer to make their voices sound like if they’re adults in This final episode.
I thought it was a budget or too much effort thing.

Yep! It’s not too bad, it doesn’t ruin the finale or anything, but it is a weird combination for their bigger bodies.
I almost want to say that maybe the show writers didn’t want to disappoint fans who expect their usual voices,
but at least half (or more) of the finale is a flashback before they got big, so.

This was probably my only major complaint about the finale.
But as long as we keep putting pressures with the sanctions, they’ll have to dismantle their apartheid rule!
