What got me past Cupcakes was realizing that the numbers were the problem, the numbers system that Pinkie was enslaved by, which picked which pony died next. Whether a schizophrenic break, S.M.I.L.E.‘s version of MKULTRA, the terrible and ancient hydra, or a spell gone wrong, Pinkie doesn’t have a choice. That’s how things went wrong, and I was freed when I saw it.
