I disliked this for a few reasons: 1. i’ve played better fps, 2: Zombies is FUCKIN’ STUPID!, 3: STOP having little kids on the cover of the artwork i know it’s supposed to represent how retarded some of the call of duty’s were but this isn’t africa alright we don’t have child soldiers

The “Ammo Pool” model actually makes perfect sense if the player character is putting half-empty mags back in their pouches instead of simply dropping them free. Of course, that takes longer than half a second.

I played MW3 for about 60 seconds
 
  1. the USP’s report sounded like someone gently tapping on concrete with a dime  
  2. weapon selection was obscure and nonsensical. Seriously. I only knew of like 3 of the weapons I saw. Fucking game devs these says are as bad as hollywood  
  3. the rifle I was using (some obscure-ass rifle)’s report sounded like someone gently tapping on a wooden desk with a pencil  
  4. I got shot like 8 times and was A-Ok after a little session of hiding in the corner  
  5. plastic riot shields stopped bullets  
  6. one-hit knife slash kills  
  7. everyone glowed. Game’s textures and polycounts and framerate were as good as MW2’s (which were good) but lighting was terrible  
  8. every bullet I fired, I could watch the yellow streak fly across the map. Are you fucking serious? Everyone uses tracers now?  
  9. no travel time, no bullet drop, no ricochet  
  10. reloads take half a second and still operate on the “ammo pool” model
     
    I could go on, really I could. But at this point who cares? CoD is dead

Am I seriously the only one who enjoyed BO2? I mean, it’s far, far from the glory days of CoD4, but this one feels on par with MW2. Really, half the hate is a load a crap, such as the graphics are worse. They aren’t the best, but they’re a huge improvement over MW3.
 
Overall, it’s still CoD, so if you don’t care for the gameplay as a whole, no, it’s no big breakthrough. But I do find as an actual step forward for once since MW2. BO was ok, but MW3 really was a clone. This one is much better to me. Not the best, but better.

The worst of the glitches is the Black Ops 2 Fat PS3 Glitch. If you play the PS3 version on an older “Fat” PS3, it can corrupt the hard drive and require a full restore.
