But I was absolutely shocked to learn that nobody beat me to this!
Well, mostly. There was this >>1412693 but not quite what I thought of.
But now you get to see what “Ocular Gushers” look like in low-gravity!

At least a little credit goes here for giving me the idea, though I decided to go back to the source (screencap of Pinkie crying at the end of Baby Cakes) and re-make it from scratch so it could be mine, and I could put my own flair on the tear streams. >>404015

She was arrested on Celestial orders, and brought to Celestia by guards, but got lost on the way :p
It’s like the moon would get covered in craters or something xp
At this point the moon would impossible to see behind all of the imprisoned faces. XD
Although I can’t really see Celestia being able to actually banish Derpy, she would just end up derping before she could actually get sent. XD

So given enough flunking princess students, the surface of the moon would be over crowded with the likeness of different faces?
Nightmare Moon, Twilight Sparkle, Sunset Shimmer, Starlight Glimmer, Trixie… Lyra… Anyone else that could be banished?

Now I want to the Twiface from Friendship is Witchcraft on the moon instead of Nightmare Moon’s Mare in the Moon thing.
Saltwater still boils in space, I’m pretty sure.
It doesn’t boil instantly, though, it takes a few moments, so I intentionally left it ambiguous. If the water boils before it hits the ground (as it probably would?) then it’s a realistic vacuum and Twi will be unconscious in 15 seconds and dead in a few minutes. Sssoooooo…
But also I don’t headcanon that ponies are even banished onto the moon so much as into it (being on the surface of the moon does not make a giant crater likeness of yourself across the surface - no, it makes way more sense if you think of the Moon as sort of Luna’s Horcrux minus the grimdark parts of that). Putting her on the moon was purely comedic effect. Though I suppose I could’ve done craters on the moon in her likeness, too :q
I was wondering what would happen to those gushers in space, that they wouldn’t exist because the water would boil and freeze immediately, but tears are salty. I can’t find a concise answer to how salt water behaves in space. It probably freezes.
