the only logical explanation for it is that they have some kinda Wireless connection to them that can synchronize their mind if is was improvised.

It’s a musical. Every song is improvised despite the characters ending each other’s lines perfectly and singing in unison.

But the problem is there is no thing from the movie that suggest it, while yeah it can improvised. but all of the members of the The Rainbooms or at least sunset and twilight if not all of them sing this part “Our music is a bomb and it’s about to blow” and some other parts simultaneously, so it’s unlike it was improvised.

Well both sections have two different melodies. I’m pretty sure Sunset-onwards was improv, while “I’ve got the music in me!” was Fluttershy’s song.

Well judging by that she doesn’t play any melodic instruments in Rainbow Rock she probably write the lyrics, and other member of Rainboom is write the Melodic notes.

Fluttershy may have written “the song” but that doesn’t specify whether she composed the melody, wrote the lyrics, or both.
 
I think it was intended to look like the characters improvised the lyrics on the spot.

Nope, I don’t think that was part of Fluttershy’s. She did “I’ve Got the Music in me” and then Sunset started “Got the music in my heart”.

Heh, I initially misheard “we won’t be ignored, it’s time for our reward” as “we won’t be ignored, it’s time for holy war.” And then there’s the line about bombs right afterwards.
