I think Tempest makes more sense as Krauser. Sure, she wasn’t a friend-turned-enemy of Twilight’s, but they both had dreams and promise, lost out on said dreams because of a debilitating injury, and are both nimble and physically powerful.

Derpy Graham will now get kidnapped several times just to be rescued and casually kidnapped again or separated from Twilight Kennedy. Applejack is Major Krauser, Rarity is Ada, Fancy Pants is Albert Wesker, the Flim-Flam Brothers are the arms merchant who are able to appear out of nowhere in specific locations just to sell more weapons and Dr. Cabalerron is Luis.
