Well its a lovely idea and its a great image, good work :)
Yeah, it’s not a fetish thing and Sugar Belle is being supportive of her wife. In this drawing “Big Macintosh” is transgender and identifies as a mare named “Macee”. The point of the image is to show that Sugar Belle is supportive no matter what because she loves her partner. It’s not a fetish it’s just an identity and I can relate as I am transgender/non-binary, which is one of the reasons I drew this. I love ponies being supportive 🥰🥰
