Also, I really like the way this guy does lips. I usually don’t focus on that sort of thing, put this time around they really caught my attention.
I really like the hooves/feet, it’s something I just noticed today. And I don’t think anyone else draws them this way, either, just you. Keep it up, they look great.
In regards to the background, I think it looks fine, I actually kinda like the blurring effects of the foreground grass, and the silhouette trees.
Keep it up and don’t use cheap tricks for backgrounds. Don’t undermine your hard work, please.
Sir/madam, are there any plans for humanized in the future? Dis style of yours is certainly something.
And kudos on your merging of feet and hooves.
10/10 would have never thought of it myself.
TL;DR: Artistic freedom.
I think they look wonderful.
I normally prefer the “toe” part to be longer, since that’s how MLP has it stylized.
But still, yours look great.

LOLOf course you are allow to draw whatever and however you want. I just think it looks weird, and just like you have every right to your opinion, so do I have right to have my own opinion.
Anatomy Lesson aside, it still looks weird. When you look at that design and most expect actual toes on a design like this much like the hands. Or are each individual digit of the Pony’s hand ending in a hoof like nail?
Even if that wasn’t my complaint the foot has a “flat” look while being bent down. So if that foot was on the floor her hoof would be sticking up like those Arabian shoes from old tv shows. Or in your design do they still walk on just the hoof and wear heels everywhere?
I understand, when I do anthro ponies (though, I don’t draw them that much) I like to give them hoof-feet, as well. (Kinda keeps some of their “pony” traits in tact.) Though, I try to make the hoof-feet look separate from the legs, and give the hoof-feet some shape to them to avoid that “amputee” look.
Like I said I kinda like your “toe-hooves.” I find them creative. :)

@aibr
Well, better get used to it, cause I’m not changing the design. It’s been like that ever since I started drawing equine anthros and it is not going away anytwhere soon.
A bit of an anatomy lesson: horse’s hooves are in essence its toes. They are ungulates, which similarly to digitigrades, do not use their entire feet to support their weight - only the tip.
Guess what, when you turn a digitigrade animal (let’s say - a canine) into a plantigrade anthro, you make them use their whole foot for support. But hey - the toes are still here! Why shouldn’t I use the same logic for an ungulate? I make them plantigrade and make them use their whole feet, but the hooves stay! It’s that simple.
If some artists are allowed to draw anthro ponies with those retarded tube-like legs that make them look like they’ve been through amputation, then I sure as hell am going to continue with my design.
Oh, also - the “either-or” arguments have no place in the world of art. There’s always the middle of the road.
I think the “hoof-feet” are kinda creative personally.
But dang, that apple-harvesting does a body good! She looks like a prize-pony. :)
(I like the freckles on her shoulder.)
Agreed…. you either have feet or hooves. this… is weird.
My thoughts exactly.
