Pinkie can’t use her “powers” for any actual non-comedic purpose (hence why she can be defeated and trapped by villains so easily when the comedy factor is non-existant), so I don’t see how she has any chance against Deadpool. Even if they take Cartoon durability feats completely seriously, Deadpool’s got enough of an arsenal to overcome that.

Ouch. Well, bisection may be terribly gruesome (Though I have “grimdark” unfiltered and “grotesque” only spoilered, I think I have “bisection” hidden, iirc!), but at least it’s quick.
 
And though I don’t know lots of these shows/comics/games/etc., I do know lots of tropes, and at least know Deadpool vaguely well.

That’s the thing… Personally, I take how cartoons exaggerate things in order to convey their essence. Like, you can’t actually see smells, but cartoons draw this wispy colored fog to depict smell. Twilight wouldn’t actually survive a piano crushing her from hundreds of feet, but they drew that anyways. So my take on it is that these things aren’t really “canon”, rather, just a cartoon stylized depiction of events.
 
Like, you know someone irl who wants to invite you to something, you don’t want to go, but she keeps popping up everywhere. At your coffee shop. At a clothes store. At your grocery store. On your street. Ringing your doorbell.
 
In a cartoon, she’d be depicted as how Pinkie was in Cranky Doodle as stylized exaggeration.
 
So, in my headcanon, I don’t think Ponks is quite as super as we see, nor do I think Rainbow could pierce trees with her eyes and survive. That’s just cartoon stylization.
 
If Death Battle took that view, Ponks would have very little chance.
 
But, I’m willing to bet they’ll take the more literal view that most bronies do - that she can actually teleport and stuff, and that way she’ll probably be unkillable.

Deadpool may be crazy,have a magic sack, and break the fourth wall, but he still can’t defy normal logic.
 
Pinkie can walk in on air.
 
But she can’t win though, she would break Death Battle logic and still be against killing.

Oh right, wasn’t that her coming apart at the end of “The One Where Pinkie Pie Knows”? Not quite the same as actually getting cut, but since people want to include cartoon things as though they’re literal, it’s close enough.
 
And they can both break the fourth wall. Pinkie held back the closing blackness in “Magic Duel”, entering a realm in-between the show and reality. Deadpool breaks the fourth wall, but I don’t know if he can enter that realm.

Singing would be totally useless on anyone BUT Deadpool. +1

Pretty legitimate possibility when you consider that Pinks is all about making friends and has almost no killing capability, but that they’re both pretty much invincible. If you take cartoon gags seriously, then Pinks can teleport, outrun the fastest flier in Equestria (who they earlier established goes mach 5 + ), go without air for, presumably many hours, without even getting faint or pained at all, and though I don’t recall any particular instances, I’ll bet she’s taken massive blunt trauma without any consequences before.
 
Hmm, not sure about her surviving Deadpool’s sword, though.
 
She does have random freaky knowledge, though - like she somehow knew about how to deal with the Parapsrites, and about the legend of the mirror pool.

I drew this about 6 minutes after they announced it…
 
Best case scenario, it’ll be a tie.

The ‘season finale’ of the webseries Death Battle is going to be Deadpool vs. Pinkie Pie. A season one episode was Starscream vs. Rainbow Dash, which Rainbow Dash won, thus she has his spark on a leash.
