Razzaroo is described as bright and attentive, noting each pony’s distinctive traits and qualities in her official Ponyville Surprise Birthday Book. Her role as a surprise birthday planner means she regularly thinks about other ponies and what they like. However she’s also noted as having poor coordination skills/  
She can easily become overwhelmed and anxious when things don’t go the way she plans.  
However her friends are there to help her in any way they can!
 
She makes me think of a cross between season 1 Twilight and Pinkie so I wanted her hair to match that idea. I gave her slight curly/thick hair that she keeps tied back with ribbons that maybe kinda look like streamers??? Also glasses because lord there’s such messy handwriting she’s gotta read lmao
