I Think the best pony for Panty is a ponified version of herself. Panty dresses feminine like Rarity, Lusty (the closest MLP has to this is Queen Chrysalis) and quite unladylike as she has been seen picking her nose, is quite the slob (like whoever that pony was from that Pinkie Apple Pie episode), and is generally ultra foul mouthed (to be fair RD said “horse apples”).
