Pinkamena/Scootaloo bdsm drawings... prohibited in derpibooru?

Hi pony people!  
I write this post because there’s a thing I need to know and I must ask about it.
 
Recently, a few minutes ago, my girlfriend made an account here in derpibooru to start to upload her pony art in the site. She uploaded a drawing that shows Pinkamena and Scootaloo in a BDSM theme, but a moderator of the site deleted the drawing. I re-uploaded it again, putting all the appropiated tags including the source link, but a mod deleted it again and sent to my girlfriend a warning of being banned from derpibooru if she upload that drawing again

I really don’t understand anything.. why is this happening? she didn’t do anything bad  
so i have to ask… is it prohibited in derpibooru this kind of art that implies Scootaloo and Pinkamena in BDSM context?

Images depicting BDSM are allowed regardless of which characters are involved. However, if a sexualized image contains humanized or anthro characters, then all characters need to visibly be an adult due to applicable laws where the site is hosted.
 
In this particular image, the size difference does not make it clear if Scootaloo was older than 18 or not, so it had to be removed. Again, due to the laws involved, it has to be judged solely on the picture - claiming in the description that they’re over 18 is not good enough due to the laws involved.

You can upload to Ponibooru, their post policy is basically no policy.

This is slightly incorrect; very old policy forbade sexualized images with underage-looking human characters in them, but current policy forbids images with underage-looking human/anthro characters who are sexualized or in sexual situations.  
The difference between these is that the latter allows, as an example, an underage human character opening the door and being shocked to see their parents having sex, whereas the former does not.

Please do not insinuate pbooru has anything to do with the old ponibooru. pbooru is just an unmoderated spambot infested imagedump for loli and shota porn that calls itself ponibooru, without even holding the domain, the database, or the same tech base. The real ponibooru was shut down over half a decade ago and none of its staff or users have anything with pbooru.
