Starry Eyes is actually the name of a pony, so those would better be split and defined by the tag dictionary.

Wild Flower and “Flowershine” need to be aliased into Meadow Flower, the pony’s new official name.

In this case, it’s reasonable to leave Starry Eyes tag for pony and use stars in eyes for stars in eyes. (Since we already have two tags.) Problem is that most images with starry eyes tag actually tagged for stars in eyes; so it may be more practical to merge starry eyes with stars in eyes at first, and then retag images with Starry Eyes with starry eyes back.
 
Or we can just make new tag Starry Eyes (pony)… And alias stars in eyes -> starry eyes.
