I’ve added “BDSM” as an implication to orgasm denial, forced orgasm, and the chastity cages. “Spanking” can have many non-BDSM uses, while bondage and crotch ropes aren’t necessarily always BDSM (just the “B”) - they can be used for fairly vanilla play as well.

I’m getting really tired of everyone tagwarring over Ember related tags and manually re-tagging everything because they think Tag A isn’t as funny/clever/witty as Tag B. It’s been aliased back to Princess Emboner.
 
If anyone wants it to be different, they’re free to start a discussion on it, and then have a moderator set an alias if a consensus is reached. But all this manual bulk re-tagging needs to stop, it’s just gonna end up with multiple redundant tags and images missing tags that they should have.

Concerning the pony tag: I’m afraid that might be a problem. First of all, “pony” does not apply to all the images that have the tags you’ve listed (e.g. searching for that pony sure does love books, (humanized || eqg) yields 15+ entries). Secondly, the tag is a bit broad and I’m not entirely sure what purpose it serves (that is not to say it’s useless, perhaps I’m just missing something) — is it an equivalent to -eqg, -humanized, -griffon, -dragon?

Yeah, essentially. I remember reading someone complaining about needing to add multiple negations in order to look only for pony images. Meanwhile, there are so many images that need the pony tag, and at one point, the tag was being used. Not sure what happened. At the same time, it would help to find images with a pony in them, while not excluding images that happen to have another species in them.

^ Replying to an old post but this was a bad implication. I just uploaded a crystallized Ember pic (>>1141843) and wondered why it was tagged crystal pony.
 
Crystallized should not imply crystal pony because races other than ponies can be crystallized, such as dragons, changelings, griffons, etc., in which cases the implication makes no sense.

The vast majority seem to be ponies, though. Seems easier to keep the implication and simply remove it from an image that isn’t pony.

I found 8 images of crystallized non-ponies just flipping through the first 200 or so. Already that is far too many to justify the implication. A lot of these don’t have the crystal pony tag because they’re older or someone removed them, but it demonstrates the point.

8 out of 200 hardly seems like far too many to me. Maybe if it were 80.
 
Out of over 800 images there seem to be about a hundred or so at least that aren’t ponies. That might make for a more compelling argument.
