I don’t know if I can do this with purpose. But there should be a Photoshop tutorial to do so. Well, I think I could try. Actually I really want to learn and do more Photoshop stuff, even if I’m no expert. But it always has fascinating me. :-)
 
And VHS effects are the best. I’m a huge retrowave fan.
