So far, FiM has butchered old gen villians like Tirek and The Smooze.

I liked the Breezies. I hope they return and do more than spread pollen magic. In fact I hope they take a similar role to the Flutterponies, except not as powerful.
 
Spike should never be the main focus on an episode. In other words he should react to action, not act an action.

That’s what I’m going with, that her proper name is Chiffon Swirl Cake (or just Chiffon Cake) and Cup took over after Carrot started calling her that.

I was expecting her to have been the Queen of Abyssinia or something, but she wasn’t in the prequel comics. Maybe she’ll get mentioned in a “Nah, we can’t ask Catrina’s for help, she’d just try to take over instead” sort of way.

Indeed. But that’s why I like him. He can play both parts, but prefers to simply cut the ominous, mysterious demeanor and go straight to domineering once he has the power.

That might happen soon. My theory is S8 is the last season for MLP. After that, the franchise continues in EqG form for a while until Hasbro decides to start Gen 5.

I said before I’d do this later, so here it is. There’s some ranting here, but it’s my opinion, and it seems to be an unpopular opinion. Let’s go:
 
I care about characters other than the first 9-12 and last 9 in this video
 
I like Fallout Equestria characters other than Littlepip, Blackjack, Homage and Velvet Remedy
 
I think Babs Seed is adorable and she deserves a second chance
 
I don’t really hate any canon characters, but I think some are over represented.
 
On the other hand, many new characters, in particular, non-plot-critical characters newer than Rumble, are ignored way too much.
 
I still need to watch the first five seasons. I think the problem is my brothers, really.
 
Babs Seed is best filly.
 
Cheerilee is also adorable and needs more love.
 
Puppysmiles is cutest abomination.
 
Dinky also needs more love.
 
What happened to the community’s interest in characters? These days it’s all Mane Six, Background Six and Princess Sisters with some Spike, Starlight, Trixie, CMC and Discord and the occasional Pie Sisters, Pear Butter, Littlepip and Blackjack and the odd Nyx or two with that current Tumblr blog, and the rest is all pointless random OCs. I wouldn’t be surprised if more OC tage were added this year alone than tags in general over the rest of the site’s history.
 
I dislike if not hate most of the random, pointless filler OCs clogging up the SFM community.
 
I also think there are OCs more deserving of SFM models than… Who the fuck are “Gordo Mash” and “Glitter Sundae”? And the latter is an alicorn to boot!
 
In fact, I feel there are too many pointless OCs in general. OC is the 4th most common tag, and yet Button Mash has more images than any individual OC other than Anon. There’s 169 pages of OC tags, yet only 13 have 1000+ images. In fact, Puppysmiles is on page one. Puppysmiles is on page 1 of 170. Puppysmiles. With 137 images. Page 1. If that’s not OC overdose and quantity over quality, I don’t know what is. In fact, there are more OCs than there are tags with the letter Z in them. That’s somewhere between sad and scary. (Admittedly, though, I’m hugely guilty of making plenty of pointless OCs myself. I have about ten. Plot Coupon, Wipeout, Tabula Rasa, Cardio, Cross Country, Epic Scar, Great Tempest, Electric Gale, the majority of these and maybe some others I forgot. Oh yeah, pegasus and unicorn versions of Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon)
 
Speaking of which, I want to see the bullies again. Hop to it, DHX!
 
Dinky’s voice in Rainbow Dash Presents should be her canon voice, or at least her fanon voice.
 
When was the last time the community did a Touhou and made something fanon standard for a character? 2011? I dunno…
 
I want to draw and model, but I can’t. I also want to write, but I can’t, though for different reasons. I wish I could model so I could at least make a token attempt at making the models I want…
 
I have 175+ tags on my watchlist. How many get at least one upload a day? About seven or eight. Take a guess as to which ones.

The OC Six: Littlepip, Blackjack, Aryanne, Milky Way, Fluffle Puff, and Anon. Because those are the only six I see getting art. In fact, I rarely see Milky Way and she’s on my watchlist if that’s any indication…
 
“Fizzlepop Berrytwist” is a stupid name. Then again, 1. That’s probably a popular opinion and 2. So is “Puppysmiles”, at least in universe (Sorry for referencing her so much, but I’m reading Pink Eyes and she’s in my current avatar)

With all this in mind, I honestly don’t blame FimFic for taking two years to add the new character tags. So few new characters are liked at all.
 
There needs to be a game that isn’t “Pay $8,672,127,482,000,000,000,000,000,000 or wait 8,672,127,482,000,000,000,000,000,000 years to win”.
 
I’d be surprised if anyone gets that reference.
 
I completely understand the vore & snake connection, but not the fat & fart one. Like, why is there a connection?

Sorry for the long winded rant, I’m just desperate to see characters I actually like getting SFM models and getting random OCs I’ve never heard of and don’t care for is just tedious at this point.

I’d chalk it up to fandom retraction and increasingly more background characters being added every time. nowadays there are too many of them to keep track of every one of them like back in the days.
