Nowadays it’s frequently little more than a buzzword to draw in Google hits to whatever low-grade porn someone’s trying to hawk to you. So now you can see MILF applied to everything from teenaged moms to granny porn. And unfortunately, by sheer volume, it’s probably not wrong to use it that way any more. But I’ve never seen it applied to pregnancy porn; preggo is too much of a niche fetish and they don’t want to scare off potential customers looking for vanilla 35 year old women.

And if the worst comes to the worst, they don’t even need to do a C-section on the delivering mother, because Equestria has magic. They can simply make sure that Twiley is in the delivery room and then, should there be any last-minute complications in labour, Twiley can just use magic to teleport her little niece or nephew out directly.
