But she already received plenty of love in Crusaders of the Lost Mark. Besides, the comics are non-canon, anwyay. What happens in them doesn’t really effect the show in any meaningful way.

Is this going to be another “Tiara is a bitch, while Spoon is cute” comic? I think Tiara deserves some wuv to.

Well, if they would just give an excuse for Babs to live in Ponyville for a decent amount of time like a full summer, then yeah. I can see many fun adventures with her and other ponies. Like not even being tied to the CMC all the time either. Her and Snips would make for a fun and adorable Friends Forever that could help build a better base around Babs for people to want to do more fanworks with her, which can help promote more future official works with her.
 
One can only hope.

They need to do another Babs Seed comic. That’s about the only way we’ll get full confirmation of her cutie mark, and only then will Aeridiccore finally update the Babs model…

More Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon comics with the crusaders? I’d be more excited if it wasn’t Garbowski on the job… but if they’re putting more effort into the comics like they seemed to be doing with the Zecora and Spike one… I mean, you have SO MUCH to work with on a Filly 5 comic, you really can’t screw this up… She did some adorable Silver Spoon last time. Just wish the facial expressions were more expressive.
 
Blargh. I’ll be buying them regardless of how they turn out, but dang it, I just hope they go all out with this one. Something that can rival https://www.fimfiction.net/story/65752/cutie-mark-crusader-camping-trip that really shows us some different angles to these ponies and have them act their age (whatever it is) to feel more genuine, I’d be pretty stoked. I think for the most part the comics do a better job of keeping them feeling like kids than the show’s “Whatever the plot demands” spikes in characterizational inconsistencies.
