They’re not direct cousins. In Pinkie Apple Pie their common ancestor was at the bottom of a very long list so at best they’re only very distant relations. True Pinkie and Applejack treat each other like family but that just reflects their bond as friends. Big Mac and Marble are distant enough, genetically and legally that a relationship wouldn’t be legally problematic.
