Very true, but unlike Peter, Sunset was born in the magical realm, so I can’t wager on who has the bigger issues.
For Peter, it was like wearing a different skin he had outgrew ages ago, and he found underwhelming. For Sunset, its being in a completely different skin for years in a non-magical place, and she’s starting to identify as both human and pony, which could make her homesick-ness better OR worse.
Peter and his siblings were in Narnia for forty, fifty years, though… :3
Chances are they’d have no idea what leather is, unless Sunset specifically told them it was made from cow hide, or Equestria had barbarian tribes that once wore the skins of other sentient creatures.
