Here we have a rather strange picture. It’s more or less posed by the question “Have a picture focused on just horn tickling.”
And so here we are. A rather intense picture of poor Twilight being put into a drooling, hapless state with her horn so deviously teased to it’s limits by machines.

…and from this day on, Twilight could never use magic again without going all weak at the knees. She never told anypony why though…
(Also, even if narwhal horns weren’t super-sensitive, this is a magical horn on a sentient pony. Who’s to say it’s not super-sensitive purely because it has to be to channel Equestrian magic?) :D

Narwhal horns have more nerve endings per unit of area than human private parts.
Ehhh, don’t quote me on that. I just heard it. But if it’s true, it would certainly put an interesting twist on things…
