As for the pic itself, I take it that it’s just an orange ball suit that EQG Shy is in, rather then the temp transformation that Pony Shy had to deal with? (Least I’m assuming Discord turned Pony Shy into a Temp Orange/pony thing).
 
Given the right half of the pic, probably. Looks like she has her normal clothes on underneath, specifically.

Yeah, I’m honstly amazed there hasn’t been more art/stories about ‘flutterrange’ from the pervy parts of the fandom. Got to admit I’m disappointed in that regard.
