Not sure if to the same degree as Undertale and MLP, though Splatoon might be able to swing it’s connection to Nintendo for some fandom weight.

Papyrus- only has about half an idea what he’s even doing so at the very least is unpredictable.
Nick- like you said probably the more experienced gambler of the bunch and would fold to minimize his losses

I’d like to think Papyrus would be the Max of the group, in that he would be unpredictable with his hands.

True, but the point was that Papyrus is way too innocent to be in the company of Nick.
Eh…Papyrus might be kid-friendly character but Im not sure if Undertale is a kid-friendly game. It certainly looks like one, but appearances can be deceiving in Undertale.
