yup, that’s his. And that’s part of why i like him so much. It reminds me the fallout game little bit, where you find something and carring with you most of the time. In F2 perhaps armor, mostly leather or kevlar, becouse it takes a shit lot of time ’till you get something better, or in NV That Gun - found in Novac, used until Hooved Dam.

In Fo:e chapter 31… maybe, when Pip uses tahat rifle on hellhounds, i had to read chapter 2 with this guy again.
 
I named that sniper Bulls Ass for myself (best friend with Tor Cutter, cooker from downstairs with coutie mark of legsless torso and Chrome Schapnel, granate guy) :3

I have trouble remembering that guy. I think his sniper rifle is the one Little Pip would carry for most of the book, but nothing else.

I love that guy on the roof. Srsly, he’s one of the few characters from whole Fo:e who is for me, for same reason, as important as LilPip.
