I would like this picture more if her eyes didn’t have that white sphere centered in her pupils . I think the artist is trying for light reflection from the eyes , but not only does light not work like that , even if it was the flash of a camera bulb it would give the photographic red-eye effect rather than a sphere of white in the center of her pupils . That’s just unnatural and creepy-looking
If you took a photo of somebody like this and the light reflected off the eyes in a solid central glow like Fluttershy has here, it would actually be a really good sign that it’s time to go straight to hospital, because it’s a sign that you have eye cancer…

Yeah, but that’s EG universe Fluttershy, and I take any EG anything with a grain of salt. Do you really think Applejack’s character from FIM would ever routinely wear skirts if she was a human or if ponies didn’t naturally go nude all the time?
 
I guess this could be EG Fluttershy and not just a “general” humanized Flutters though like I was thinking of, you’re right.

This somehow falls easily into uncanny valley for me…the level of detail is high, aiming for realism, but the face (particularly the eyes) just seem a bit cartoony in terms of proportions, makes her look odd.
