It’s a Korean internet meme, ‘What a terrible and abhorrent thought!’, normally used to parody extremist thoughts and such, based on the following picture:  
 
from an old Korean educational comic series “Distant Countries, Close Countries” (먼나라 이웃나라) which shows various countries and their culture/history around the world. The picture is from an older edition of the Germany section, with the author roughly explaining the racist and extremist ideology of Adolf Hitler, albeit with some historical inaccuracies.

Translation(tried my best to do a sense-for-sense translation instead of literal word-for-word) is as follows:
 
Caption : This is how the rebellion of Princess Luna started,  
Luna : The Princess of the Night is the most glorious princess in all of Equestria, superior above all else and comparable to none other!
 
Caption : in her effort to quench the inferiority complex she had against Celestia.  
Luna : We can not possibly understand why these stupid ponies sleep through the beautiful night adorned by stars and Moon!
 
Caption/Luna : Ponies of Canterlot shall rightfully enjoy the midnight parties;
 
Caption/Luna : And ponies from the countryside must farm whilst observing the stars.
