I don’t know. I’d bet on the second possibility. Seems more likely to me.
Maybe it represents an older ageing Celestia, maybe in season 6 Celeia is relealed to be gradually getting weaker not dying,mbut just reaching the end of her reign and Nightmare moon possibly re appears and figts her, just a fun little guess but maybe it’s just Hasbro being typical and doing a good job on one toy and a poorer job on another.
Yeah, Tia’s face does look a bit weird.
Funny though how these look more like sculpts to me. But that fine too.
Though Cele kinda looks a bit to R63 for my liking.
