He actually was gonna appear in Slice of Life as a joke cameo, but Hasbro shot it down because they didn’t want to have another Flash Sentry shitstorm.
This coupled with the fact that EQG is tanking really hard (Normal pony merch has actually grown quite a lot and the show is actually raking in a lot of profit simply by licensing it, but literally all that was offset by the EQG’s losses being like a meteor plummeting into the earth.) seems to point to Flash disappearing altogether relatively soon.
He is, but she completely ignored him and he didn’t get any cameos in S5.

Twilight is clearly a hopeless romantic. She could get a stallion if she wanted, but it’ll never live up to the fantasies and expectations she has from all those saucy novels she’s read.
