This is a screen cap from the Friendship Games movie, in which the characters are eliminated from a spelling bee (other than Sunset and Twilight-2.)
 
The more obscure words given to the characters in this spelling bee are relevant to the respective character. For instance, Sugarcoat receives “cymotrichous”, which means wavy-haired. (Sugarcoat has wavy hair.)
 
I have no idea what Munchausenism has to do with Lemon Zest, though.
