That’s an illogical assumption, though, almost contrarian. When in doubt, use a logical base. For example, person A expresses anger at person B, and person B is later hospitalized. People might logically assume Person A is likely responsible, but it’s not certain. That is a more rational and logical theory than going “for all we know person B was attacked by a cosmic Vampire because person B tried to stop the Vampire from drinking the blood of the Sun.”
