Actually, she’s the Overmare of stable 2. Apple Bloom ends up dying just outside of stable 0, which was never finished, and Scoots survives the megaspells but ends up dying trying to find Rainbow Dash.

The three of them were jointly responsible for Stabletec, because that’s exactly what happens in Fallout universes, good people/ponies doing purely evil shit.
