Somebody please make an Asgore remix that incorporates Discord’s theme(either Glass of Water or Tombstone’s remix).

I agree with you a lot, but I just cant see Celestia abandoning her people. Luna would be more of a fit for that, in my opinion, and I believe Luna would most likely try to attack in order to ward off the player from going deeper into the Underground, but would ultimately relent.

He should be gaster.

You know there is no need to justify this right?, it’s just a thought I had, geez!

Yeah I prefer Discord as Gaster, just because he’s the only cast member who can conceivably speak in hands.
 
Plus aside from the shipping dynamic (which is super dead in Undertale by the point in time of the game) Celestoriel and Lunasgore fit the characters’ other aspects much closer. Lashing out in a fit of anger, leading to years of resentment and regret, one character earnestly protective and affectionate and with a thing for baked goods, the other a self-flagellating wreck whose still trying to get over what they did, who wants to be friends but due to their past actions, struggles to do so.  
You can swap them around if you want to go the Lullabye For A Princess angle and have Celestia be the one wallowing in regret for having to banish her sister, which could work to explain why she’s back in the old home instead of with everyone else, but Celestia is otherwise a much closer fit with Toriel than Asgore.
 
Really there is no 1:1 comparing of these characters; the closest match any of them have is Undash and Scootakid.

In terms of personality, I would actually see Fluttershy as Toriel while Discord would be closer to Sans character. Asgore is more of a Sunburst or Spike character.  
Discord is the mix of “cool” and “goofy” with a lot of power. That would be Sans while Cheese Sandwich would be closer to Papyrus.

You all Fluttercord shippers are right, that’s the main reason I put Discord as Asgore, I’ll be soon making a Fluttershy cosplaying Toriel to “clear it all up”

FlutterMac and Dislestia have no means to fight back against Marblemac and Discoshy. Resistance is futile. They were popular when characters were enigma, but now they are more fleshed out and their relationships, too.

Maybe it’s because I’m shipper trash, but I think Discord should be Asgore and Celestia should be Toriel. And maybe Starswirl should be Gaster?
