Growth is a subset of macro. It’s the difference between just being big and showing off the process of GROWING bigger. Normal macro stuff, with characters just kinda being really tall, can be lots of fun and all, but it’s not a fetish for me. Showing characters growing larger is totally a fetish for me, though. It’s a weird and stupid distinction to make, but here we are.
Growth isn’t macro?
Just as a sexual thing, heck naw, it’s nothing I’m interested in. Which is why it’s so weird that I like growth stuff so much. And even then, most of the stuff I’ve drawn personally doesn’t do much of anything for me, either. I just don’t draw the right mood for me to get into it that way, I guess.

General macro stuff doesn’t really do much for me, it’s more for cute and silly scenarios, but growth = very yes.
