Rainbow Dash: Hitwoman. She may be short and only fill in a sports bra, but she is fast.  
Fluttershy: Peacekeeper. The sweetest woman to ever grace you with her presence. She’d never hurt a fly but don’t hurt a fly around her.  
Rarity: Negotiator. You’ve probably noticed her collar is lower than the others. That’s when she has you.  
Pinkie Pie: Event Coordinator. From business meetings to bacchanalias. Her “parties” are unforgettable.

I think that the grass that AJ’s sucking on should be a cigar/cigarette, and Flutters… needs to be doing… something, I guess.
