No, complex filters can be used for strings instead of individual tags. If you add “diaper, handkerchief”, for example, to your complex filters, it will only hide images with both of those tags, but show images that only have one of them.

That’s why filters exist. Add this line to your complex filters:
-> diaper, handkerchief
And then such images won’t appear for you again
