We’ve seen a very modest amount of makeup can disguise a cutie mark very convincingly and we’ve seen Rarity wear fake eyelashes, ranging from daily to “sweet celestia why?” tiers.
 
Seeing a Pinkie Clone gain sentience and take on a completely new identity would be a heck of an interesting plot for an episode when they judge if she should be sent back to the mirror pool or not.

Only if you assume the Mirror Pool clones are sapient beings, as opposed to magical constructs as currently defined by Word of God.

For me, the question of whether she is or is not a pinkie clone isn’t that important. She’s a pink party pony with some very pinkie moves…, but she has some clear differences…, but they could all be explained away pretty easily…
 
In the end, it’s an attempt to read the mind of her creator, which is an impossible task.
 
For me, the question is this: If, at some time in the future, a writer decides to run with a storyline where there are multiple escaped pinkie clones living various lives, could they present a canon-consistent narrative with Pacific Glow as a (possibly retroactive) pinkie clone? The answer to that question is undoubtedly yes.

But the rave ponies hair is very different. It has a different shade of pink, and we saw Pinkie in the rave lights and it wasn’t the same. Plus, rave pony has these dark and light shades of hair. Pinkie’s hair is all the same color.
