Actually… yeah. Dashie should appreciate that Rarity actually cared enough to take their conversation to heart and used it to gain favour.
 
However, we all know Dashie doesn’t think like that. Poor Rarity. I still like you.

The only possible consequence is Rarity is embarrassed later
