Another reason being that art is subjective and some can even be technical in terms of the level of skill that was put into a piece. So you have those people in the mix as well.
Why else would anyone down vote it? It’s damn good art.
you know, the only people here are the ones complaining about the OC hating dickwads. nobody actually said they downvoted it b/c of OC. people are just assuming that’s the reason.
This particular OC has a consistently good visual design, and is almost always in well-drawn images, so I definitely like this.

No, it’s OC-haters. Flashlight-voting actually works the OTHER way around; it’s voting, but AGAINST Flashlight.
