Kinda a shame they didn’t make a single new remix for Sonic in SSB4. They seemed to use too many of the newer lyrical songs. (Not complaining, I love hearing “Live & Learn” in the 3DS version.)
 
Would’ve even welcomed the Windy Valley 2 theme taken directly from SA1. (Which was a remix of the first level of “Sonic 3D Blast.” The games shared some of the same sound composers.)

I like Roger, but I kinda feel bad, ‘cause I used to jump on that bandwagon that Jason wasn’t a good voice for Sonic, but looking back he wasn’t that bad.

What Archie Sonic cartoon? Y’mean, SatA.M.? Actually, it’s made by DiC, and it actually has little to do with the comics. (Aside from having Sally, and such.) Both the comics & SatA.M. show are different canons.
 
Reading the comic’s not that big of an issue, they’re pretty easy to get into regardless if you missed every issue. I haven’t been keeping up with them much lately, but I found the “Sonic Super Digest” mini books, and “Sonic Archive” old collections are a good way to casually enjoy the comics.

Shit, I keep on putting off watching the Archie Sonic cartoon because I’m afraid I’ll want to read the comic afterwards which will be extra annoying since the comic is a million years old. XD

I kinda prefer Ryan and Jason over Roger. Ryan’s voice added a nice bit of cockiness and spunk to Sonic (although his quality of acting back then would be a bit dated) and Jason got pretty good with Sonic on the last 2 or 3 Sonic games he worked on (he was a bit cringey at the start. Still, his taunt from Brawl always makes me laugh). Roger is still quite good as Sonic.
 
Jaleel is untouchable, though. No debate there.

Any fans are more grown up than haters. Assuming said fans don’t hate on something for no acceptable reason. Like I hate American sitcoms for a myriad of reasons, but I’d hazard listing them all would be spam. lol

‘Cause God forbid MLP be crossed over with Sonic, while people cross it over with other more violent/mainstream games with no complaints, or drama whatsoever… (Frankly, MLP/Sonic crossovers/parodies/style pics make more sense to me then those do.)
 
I understand the Sonic series isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, and has been controversial in recent years, (some taking it as far as beingas touchy as religion & politics combined) and the occasional “bad/mediocre Sonic art spam fests” don’t help, but if people held every other MLP crossover image to the same standards as Sanik, then every crossover here would be drama-filled, or filled with random people going, “I don’t like this series! Burn it!”
 
Ironically, the Sonic thread in the forums are practically drama-free, so the Sonic fans here, are actually more grown up then the Sonic-  
haters.

Well, at least it’s not an outright crossover.

Y’know, I wish they’d bring more Game Gear games to 3DS’s VC. Especially, “Ristar,” I’m curious if it was almost as good as the Genesis version.

Yeah, I miss that voice too. But, I actually don’t mind Roger Craig Smith as Sonic. It sounds deeper, yeah, but it works.
