I noticed that Tentacolino actually jeapordized its own existence. Just hear me out. In Legend of the Titanic, Top Connors, who was currently living in New York, was telling the Titanic story to his grandchildren through flashback. However, in Tentacolino’s ending, young Top Connors ends up on a distant island with no way to get home to New York. That means he’s unable to sire any grandchildren to tell his story to. So that means Legend of the Titanic no longer exists. And because of that, Tentacolino doesn’t exist either. So, logically, Tentacolino ends in such a way that it wipes both itself and its predecessor out of existence.
