Yeah my parents did that too. I generally don’t let that kind of stuff sway my spending habits, but its enough to push me from just general indifference into genuine disinterest; its not like I would go eat there anyways when I have multiple places that I like way more, in more convenient locations, and which are open all week.

I think it was a bit much too. But her choice to do so.
There are numerous other ketchup brands out there after all.
My grandmother boycotted Heinz ketchup for years because Teresa Heinz married John Kerry. I don’t like Kerry, either, but I think that’s going a bit too far.
Agree with them or not. Try and judge business establishments and their products based on merits and quality, not ideology. Though, I admit disagreements might warp the taste in my mouth.
Chick-Fil-A’s strong conservatism is only a plus in my eyes. That being said, if I boycotted every place I didn’t agree with politically, I’d be boycotting most of the known world… at least in my heavily liberal state.

I think we started a discussion here.
That’s all?
Well unless you prefer going instant ramen everyday.
That ain’t healthy…

I had it once and thought it was utterly mediocre with measly portions. That combined with their bad press regarding LGBT stuff gives me zero incentive to go there.
Personally, I’m not a fan. It’s much more expensive for what you get on your sandwich.
What I WILL say is that the Chik-fil-a sauce is stellar, and one of the only reasons to stop by.
Their chocolate chip peppermint shakes are pretty much one of the best things ever.
I like Chick-Fil-A, myself. It’s a little bit more expensive than other fast food, if I remember correctly, but it’s SO GOOD and the service at their restaurants is impeccable!
Generally, though, for fast food, I prefer Wendy’s; I’m a chicken nugget/tender junkie, and they have spicy nuggets. And their fries are super tasty and don’t leave me feeling greasy.
Here in the midwest, if you’re getting specialized food from a cart, its either hot dogs or gyros.

That sounds delicious! I don’t think any restaurant near me has Turkish food, though.
Donair is a type of kebab and shwarma is a type of roasted shaved meat in Turkish cuisine.
Shwarma was mentioned in The Avengers.
I don’t know what “donair” and “shwarma” are.
Food trucks are everywhere in my city.
Donair and Shwarma stands are common.
My town has ice cream carts. It’s coastal California, so it’s filled with Latinos. :3
There aren’t even any street vendors where I live… except one hot dog cart that appears at random times.
And food safety is highly marketable in China.
